Having a confident smile can change everything.
And Invisalign makes the decision easy, because you can get a stunning smile
without most people even noticing you're going through treatment.
So start on the right track and find out more about Invisalign.

Will it fit my life?

Invisalign treatment fits into your life however you want it to. Since your aligners are virtually invisible, most people won't even notice anything different. (Until your new smile is revealed, of course.)

The Invisalign system offers you convenience superior to any other option for treating orthodontic or dental issues. It's removable so you can take out your aligners whenever you feel the need—for business meetings or other occasions—which not only gives you flexibility, but can benefit your health, too.

No matter how busy you are, your schedule won't be weighed down with visits to your dentist or orthodontist. Depending on your personal case and your provider's preferences, you could have doctor visits as little as once every six weeks. These visits are fairly brief because in most cases you'll just be picking up your new sets of aligners and your doctor will be checking on your progress.

Patient stories

Over 500,000 people are smiling brighter thanks to the Invisalign system. See how just a few of their lives have changed with Invisalign.

I'm so glad I made the investment to go with aligners rather than metal braces. I've heard stories of people having food stuck in their metal braces, and I didn't want to go through that. It's so easy—all I have to do is remove my aligners when I eat.

I wanted my teeth straighter, but I didn't want to be in pain. My aligners are so comfortable, compared to the metal braces I had when I was a kid, that sometimes I forget I have them on.

I always wanted to have straight teeth, but never thought my smile would look this great. Plus, no one even knew when I was wearing them. I couldn't be happier!

At first, I was skeptical about whether or not to use plastic aligners to straighten my teeth, but I am very glad I decided to make the investment. In just about nine months my teeth were straightened using the clear, comfortable, and easy-to-remove aligners. I'm a busy guy, and using Invisalign fit right into my lifestyle.

Everybody comments on my new smile, even when I'm wearing the aligners. Plus, I can remove them at any time, so they don't affect my lifestyle.

Payment options and cost

You are your best investment

It’s true. No matter what you’ve believed in the past, a confident, radiant smile can be within reach. And if you think about it, improving your smile is an important investment, because you’re doing it for yourself.

How much does Invisalign cost?

poac1We know price is an important consideration for you. Unfortunately, there’s no definitive answer to that question until you visit an Invisalign-trained doctor for your initial consultation and then plan your treatment program.

There are many factors that determine the cost of your Invisalign treatment: how extensive the issues you want corrected, how long your treatment plan will last, where you live, and the specific treatment details prescribed by your dentist or orthodontist. That said, the Invisalign system is often similar in price to traditional braces. The national average for Invisalign is about $5,000 (U.S.), but it starts as low as $3,500 (U.S.) for simple cases.

What about insurance?

Many dental-insurance providers cover orthodontic treatment to some extent. If your dental plan is one of them, Invisalign may qualify as orthodontic treatment. Talk to your insurance provider to determine the extent of coverage for your treatment.

What are my other options?

Generally, most doctors' offices provide flexible payment plans to patients, so you should check with yours to learn of any payment plans they may offer. In addition, many companies offer employees Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). An FSA allows you to set aside a portion of your paychecks in order to pay for qualified medical expenses.

The money you elect to contribute is deducted from your pay and transferred directly into your FSA, and therefore, is not subject to payroll taxes. After incurring eligible medical costs, you can then submit your receipt for reimbursement from your FSA.

Since Invisalign can fall under orthodontic treatment, these costs can qualify for FSA reimbursement. If your company offers FSA and you know you’d like to treat yourself to Invisalign, plan ahead and consult your benefits department. When it comes time to enroll in your program, you can submit the appropriate amount for your Invisalign treatment and save money while doing it, since it’s a pre-tax contribution. It’s an easy and convenient way to get the smile you want.

Are there financing options with Invisalign?

Another financing option available to help you get Invisalign treatment is CareCredit. CareCredit is a third party financing company focused on providing credit for healthcare services. Once you’re approved for CareCredit financing, you can use it for your Invisalign treatment and enjoy convenient monthly payment options, no up-front costs, no prepayment penalties and no annual fees. Visit carecredit.com for more information.
